“There is no organization to the off campus market. If people don’t live on complexes built on campus it’s based on word of mouth and the use of websites such as Zillow, which are not directed towards college students. It’s hard to find good college houses and places to live at such a big university. The housing that you can find through the university or through word of mouth from the students, don’t have enough information about the places, such as specification between undergraduate and graduate housing. Students tend to just settle and go into it blindsided because they lack a place where the information is easy to access. Having something that can organize all of this information would be ideal and make the search for housing much less stressful and speed up the process.”
